Chemical Engineer – Biodiesel Manufacturing

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Industry: Biodiesel / Renewable Energy / Chemical Manufacturing / Edible Oil

Job Responsibilities:

➤ Optimize biodiesel production for efficiency and yield.

➤ Monitor and control process parameters ensuring compliance.

➤ Implement new technologies for enhanced production.

➤ Troubleshoot and resolve plant process-related issues.

➤ Ensure regulatory compliance with environmental norms.

➤ Collaborate with R&D to enhance performance.

➤ Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

➤ Conduct laboratory testing and raw material analysis.

➤ Work on waste reduction and sustainability initiatives.

Key Requirements:

➤ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

➤ 3 to 5 years of experience in biodiesel production.

➤ Strong knowledge of transesterification & process optimization.

➤ Experience with process simulation software (ASPEN, HYSYS) is a plus.

➤ Understanding of environmental regulations and safety protocols.

➤ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

➤ Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
